3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1wen Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1wen reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1 wen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our regulatory obligations, 1wen may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
1wen currently supports the following payment channels for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 1wen does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification requirements in line with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. 1wen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits

1wen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.
1wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
